In an email to shoppers, Walmart appear that Walmart Pay is now the only way to submit your receipts to Savings Catcher as of October 29, 2018.

That means you CANNOT scan newspaper receipts within the app or submit them using a computer.

Since Clark.com first told you virtually this change in September, some customers have said they're not happy about it because they either don't have a smartphone or similar to pay with cash.
